I need the image for scientific analysis. Unfortunately, there are many more images of Mozart that we need for scientific analysis. These are photographs. Copyright is created simply by taking a photograph. But under German law, no one may hinder scientists in their scientific work, not even with the help of copyright law.

She is most likely the personification of Geometry, based on Martianus Capella's famous book De Nuptiis Philologiae et Mercurii, [5th c.] a standard source for allegorical imagery of the seven liberal arts. Illustration at the beginning of Euclid's Elementa, in the translation attributed to Adelard of Bath.

• It was created for publicity purposes-distribution to the media. The image was meant to bring attention and publicity for the personalities pictured, the show he/she was part of and the network it was on, the same as the publicity photos for actors and actresses in the film industry were intended to do.
