Ich brauche das Bild zur wissenschaftlichen Auswertung. Leider gibt es noch viel mehr Über Mozart, den wir zur wissenschaftlichen Auswertung benötigen. diese sind fotografiert. Denn schon allein durch das Fotografieren entsteht Urheberrecht.  Aber nach deutschen Recht darf niemand Wissenschaftler an ihrer wissenschaftlichen Arbeit hindern. Auch nicht mit Hilfe des Urheberrechts.
